You can start without a lock-in contract at the standard rate, or take a contract for a better rate. A lot of clients start on the no-contract option and move to a contract once they've seen how the service runs. Either way, you're not locked into something you haven't tested yet.

We clean on daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly schedules — and one-off cleans are welcome too.
